If you want to have a sit down meal then there are lots of places that will cater for parties of that size. Check out www.toptable.co.uk for some good places to eat. If you just want to have a laugh and some drinks then you need to choose a big pub that doesnt get too busy. Some of the chain pubs may be lacking in atmosphere but will provide the space you need. There is a big place on Charing Cross Road, just north of Cambridge Circus. used to be the Moon Under Water but it changed name recently. THe Tattershall Castle on the river is a boat that has bars and opperates just like any other pub. Moored up by Embankment tube station. I think you can get private hire of one of the bars there or just plan to meet on it. Head down and check it out first. If i think of anymore i will let you know! |
