Well - that depends on what accent you have at the moment. It's not just the accent - using the right words is also important. I've been practising my British accent for 42 years, so I'm quite good at it by now lol :-D

But my ex GF is American, from Pittsburgh PA, so I know a lot of American words/phrases which mean nothing in British English.

If you're really determined, you could travel to Britain do some work/voluntary work/study or something, then you'll get it VERY quickly.
