What is the best hotel in Aruba?

Travel Tips
If you're more interested in a resort complex, I'd reccommend the Radisson. It has absolutely gorgeous grounds, two large zero-entry pools, and the nicest stretch of beach. The restaurants are also great with the Sunset Grille for dinner, and a nice restaurant right on the beach for lunchtime. The even have parrots right on the property. They'll take them out for you and let you hold them and take pictures with them.
The place is very nice, clean, and comfortable. Source(s): Stayed there just a few months ago.

Other Travel Tips
I have been to aruba twice in the past two years. My family has stayed at the same place and absolutuley loved it! We preferr the low rise hotels, because you can walk right out of your room onto the beach! Whereas in the high rises on the other side of the island need an elevator ride... We stayed at the Divi Divi all inclusive. Its on a gorgeous beach and has numerous included activities. You can snorkel, kayak, wind surf, float on a mat or simply get a towel to sunbathe all by showing your room card! Plus all your drinks and meals are payed for. The staff is overly helpful and best of all there is ALWAYS a taxi out front waiting to tak you anywhere for a one flat fee for the island! O yea and there is the Tamajarin which is next to the Divi and they are owned by the same company and you can use everything there too, so basically its like 2 hotels for the price of one! Hope this helps, like I said we've explored all the hotels there and were happiest there. Good Luck!

I prefer the Divi all inclusive as well. You get so much for your money! You'll get your airfare, hotel, unlimited food and drinks all for one price. (And you can enjoy the "sister" hotel as well!) The Divi website is extremely helpful; it will list everything that is included. The beach is gorgeous and not as "cluttered" as those at the high rise hotels. And, like the other answer you received, I prefer to be steps away from the beach as opposed to getting into an elevator to reach it. If you book at the Divi you won't be disappointed!
I agree with jefffwa99. The Radisson is our favorite resort. Our family is returning there for the 4th time this year, since their $55 million renovation in 2000. The two swimming pools are gorgeous, as well as their long stretch of beach. The Sunset Grille, although expensive, is one of the finest restaurants on the island.

Other nice resorts in the same price range are the Hyatt and Marriott. One step lower is the Wyndham. We have stayed there 3 times also and have enjoyed this resort as well.

If you are traveling without children and are looking for something quiet and romantic I would suggest the Bucuti Resort.
12+ visits to the island.
