If you're interested in a resort complex, I'd reccommend the Radisson. It has absolutely gorgeous grounds, two large zero-entry pools, and the nicest stretch of beach. The restaurants are also great with the Sunset Grille for dinner, and a nice restaurant right on the beach for lunchtime. The even have parrots right on the property. They'll take them out for you and let you hold them and take pictures with them.
The place is very nice, clean, and comfortable.
