What should I see and do in Germany? Deutch ist auch ok!? |
Travel Info I will be in Germany this summer for the last half of the World Cup. Obviously, I will get a lot of the games in one way or the other. But I was wondering where are some places I should go or things I should do while I'm there. I'm up for the back road stuff especially. Travel Tips It all depends on where you are staying. If you are anywhere near the Rhein it can be very fun to take a boat ride up or down the Rhein. If the weather is nice, there isn't a pretty sight to see with all the castles and small towns that dot the Rhein. It's really worth a look and I believe that it won't cost too much. I recommend maybe going from Koblenz to Koeln on the Rhein (or at least in that direction). I believe that you can also get off at the various stops and get back on with your pass. It's worth a look.
