Generally, the 'rainy' season is supposed to be during hurricane season, which is from June through November. I wouldn't say that last summer, nor the previous were super wet. It was actually quite dry. The 'dry' season is supposed to be December through May. The last few summers that I have been here have not been incredibly rainy. It rains on and off and also rains more on some parts of the island than on other parts. There have been weeks during this past winter when it has rained a lot.
