Others You might consider Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Austria. The unifying theme of these countries is the Danube River. Eastern Europe is less expensive than Western Europe. The distances are not overwhelming and you can get around by train easily between these places. Budapest, Bratislava, Prague and Vienna are all outstanding destinations. Rail Europe might be able to put something together for you. |
