I live in Belgium, our 3 official languages are Dutch, French and German. Depends on the aria you go.
South : French and near Luxembourg and Germany, German
Middle : French and Flemish or Bruxellois = mixture french and flemish.

North: Flemish, on the border with France, also French and at most coastal cities also French. Most Big cities will have the explanation in the 3 official languages and most can speak French and Dutch and other touristic languages.
