Travel Info I am visiting Brussels on the 29thJuly for 7hours and would welcome suggestions on how best to see the city? Travel Tips Go to the Grand Place (the big town square), then eat in the touristy (but fun) section nearby, and then buy some chocolate (Marcolini?) at one of the fancy shops, and find a place to have a Kriek (cherry) beer. You can do all of that in just one little area in the town, so your 7 hours would be well spent without a lot of traveling between things. Others Keep your eyes open.. I would recommend the main sections - the Grand Place, lots of lovely restaurants/museums. Nice food at Raphael restaurant, very rustic. From the moon with a cone of frites |
