After that the process is quite simple because you are in Belgium, so they don't need to proove to state that there is nobody in EU that can do the job. Since you're talking about visa, I assume you're not EU citizen You may have to check at the Palais d'Justice on that one. I'm an American and I was staying in Bruxelles on a spouse visa and started playing piano for tips in a bar on the Chaussee de Vlerurgatt and got busted... had to report to the police station and got a very stern lecture about working illegally in Belgium. |
