Whats to do in West midlands?

This summer im going to stay in England and i would like some places to see and go. Any theme parks , fun things, are there any fairs? Well thanks for your help!

Travel Tips
Top of my list would be Warwick Castle which is a really good day out. If you get the right week in summer they run great Medieval festivals / fayres there that are fun for kids and parents alike.

Theme park wise you've got the choice of either "Drayton Manor" of "American Adventure" which are both reasonably close buy but not exactly bleeding edge cool - if you've ever been to Alton Towers then they'll certainly prove to be a poor second best.
