Is there a park and ride in Birmingham? If not where is best place to park for the day?

Travel Tips
You don't say which area you're in or visiting, but several train stations on the outskirts offer parking facilities for the day. Rowley Regis in the Black Country is good. Some are free, others you have to pay. Check your nearest station. Otherwise there are many car parks in the City Centre, but these can work out expensive.
