Which stand at St Andrews (birmingham) has the best atmosphere?

I'm looking to get up to St Andrews for the first time to watch the 4th round game against Reading. I'll be a neutral, but never like being in the quiet end of a ground, so where has the best atmosphere. e.g Kop at anfield, northam at Southampton (Holte at Villa...!!!).
