Travel Info I want to know about events,parades and times Travel Tips Birmingham鈥檚 Chinese New Year celebrations (Carnival) will take place on Sunday 18 February 2007, 12pm - 4pm at The Arcadian Centre, Hurst Street located in Birmingham鈥檚 Chinese Quarter.
