Can anyone tell me how difficult it would be to establish residence in the UK? |
Travel Info Is it as pleasant as it seems to be ? I would like to make a home there with my husband as we have been separated over three years. He has been deported and cannot reenter the US for 7 more years as he overstayed his visa. He is Bulgarian. Travel Tips For the life of me I cannot understand why anyone wants to come to the UK. It is an overcrowded island with serious parking problems, houses that people can not afford to buy anymore, taxes that cripple people, the weather is appalling, it is cold, and dirty, youths go around in gangs and threaten people. You are forever getting your car damaged whilst parked outside your house. In many areas like inter city areas, there are constant riots between Muslims and the indigenous people. Petrol is about the highest in the world. Anywhere must be better than the UK. Others If he is a British citizen he will have to apply for a marriage visa for you. I am not sure how the deportation affects that but it may cause some complications at the home office. Good luck. here is your problem. because he has been deported from usa unless he becomes a citizen of another country they may not let him come. what i would do is get your spousal visa for his country go there and then work on getting out. you can always come home if it sucks to bad, but it cant be as bad as having no husband. husband is being deported to england from usa as we speak.I will have no problem getting there just a little bit of a time issue. |
