I bought 1 year round trip ticket from Simgapore Airline, already use 1 trip but can't go back. Can I extend? |
Travel Info I have bought 1 year round trip ticket from Singapore Airline since last year and came to Australia but I can't go back to my country within 1 year, what do I have to do to extend the time period? Travel Tips That depend on the restrictions on your ticket. You will need to contact Singapore and inquire. Obviously they are the only ones who can give you a matter of fact answer. You may be required to pay a service charge for a change or you may be required to purchase another ticket and apply the value of the ticket you have now towards the new one. Here you can find the Singapore Airlines contact numbers in Australia- http://www.singaporeair.com/saa/en_uk/co... Others go to the nearest sing airlines office and have it extended. I'm sure there's one in your airport if you can't find any in your vicinity This doesn't make sense. International airlines have year long tickets. That means that you have to use that ticket (ie return) WITHIN 12 months. If you don't use that ticket, ie go back within 12 months then you forfeit the ticket. I have never heard of them extending their tickets. You simply have to buy another one. (ex travel agent) |
