What is a "greasy spoon" and how do i visit one when I am in Bristol?

Travel Tips
A greasy spoon is a colloquial name in the UK for a local cafe. The food is often cheap and is a range of fried and grilled food, hence the "greasy" bit of the name. It will serve things like bacon sandwiches, eggs and chips, baked beans, sausages and so on. They are often full of workmen and builders and old men.

You can find lots of them but the quality will vary considerably. The best bet is to wander around poorer neighbourhoods or back streets and look for a busy one. (or ask and road sweeper or council workman)
