Any ideas for something to do with three children in Cardiff? |
Travel Info We need to kill a few hours in Cardiff with three children to entertain any suggestions of places to visit. Travel Tips This weekend is the tescos kid weekend in Cardiff Castle. There is always things for all ages here. The museum if free (free is always good).... Cardiff Bay has a lot of things going on (& is easy to get to by bus or train). Techiquest is also there but I'm not sure how much this costs to get in. Roath Park is lovely this time of year - it's a lovely walk & it has a park, ice cream van & small cafe. My kids spend hours in the shops - Early Learning Centre, Toys R Us & The Disney Shop. Whist you are in town, you could pick up a copy of the Primary Times which is situated by Clares accesories in the shopping arcade, & that gives you all the events. Good luck.... :-) Others you can go on a boat down the bay. the big weekend music and rides st faggans look on the tourist board site for any special events try this link in should be able to give you some info on things to do in Cardiff http://www.visitcardiff.info/ Go surfing! Cardiff Castle is really nice. Depending on how many hours you have The Museum of Rural Life situated in St Fagan's, just outside Cardiff is excellent, take a look at their web site, I'm sure you'll want to visit it. |
