For one of the best dinners of your life, go to Blackbird, a restaurant that Travel & Leisure's food critic thinks is one of the best in the country. For an over-the-top, outrageously priced dinner, try Tru or Alinea. For a fun upscale Mexican place near Second City, in case you're thinking of going there, try Adobo grill. www.metromix.com is a great reference for Chicago restaurants and things to do. Others there are too many good restaurants in chicago (;)), but for places to visit: try Museum of Science and Industry, Field Museum, Art Institute, Marshall Fields on State Street (but I think that it's called Macys now), and Sears Tower. |
