Dog is food. It is not allowed in Hong Kong, but I have tried that before when I was really a boy. Dog meat is common in China, you can buy it in the market (you cannot tell whether it was a dog or a small sheep) and also available in quite a lot of local restaurants. I meant for those restaurants that doesnt have English menu. No offence to those who respect animal or house pet, but this is what is happing in China right now.
