Travel Info What is the best way to get to downtown Cleveland from the airport without renting a car? Travel Tips Definately the Rapid Red line. It is a metro train line that runs between the airport and downtown. Follow the signs in the airport for RTA. Tower City is the stop you want for downtown, and that puts you right in the center on Public Square. The fare is only 1.50, and I would estimate the ride is only 20 minutes.
