What is the opinion of the people who have stayed in "Zenit Conde Orgaz" hotel in Madrid? Did they like it? Did they have problems?

A friend of mine stayed there two years ago for a week and he was very pleased, nice service. Any problem at all. It's a small, very fancy hotel.
It麓s in a quiet area of Madrid, away from the centre of the city. Good communications: bus, taxi and metro.
