SURE, BUT IF HE CATCHES THEM THEY ARE DEAD. LIKE ANY TYRANY THERE IS AN UNDERGROUND. TRUE FREEDOM COMES WITH A COST, BUT SOME REALIZE THAT FREEDOM IS WORTH THE PRICE.

THAT IS WHY THEY LEAVE IN BOATS AND BASEBALL PLAYERS COME HERE TO LIVE. IF IT WERE NOT FOR INSURGANCE, THEN THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO LEAVE.
In Cuba probably not, but I'm sure they are in Miami.
