Go there every 2 years and love it !! Education (all), Medical, etc. free. They do have computers in schools as we noticed while driving around, but maybe only 2.
Clean country too. No crime. Hotels are first class and always full Dec. to March. Answer from Canadian.

depends on wher you go in Cuba. Veredero: sunny and very warm. cold in the early am. and evenings. Holguin: very warm day and night. Very windy in the am.we nedded sweaters.
