What is the cheapest way to call Cuba from the United States? |
Travel Info I just recently came to the United States & am seeking assistance in how to call Cuba. My question is what鈥檚 the best way to call my family in Cuba? I heard of calling cards & all but I am not sure which one is the best for me. I bought one but it drained my balance very quickly. I live in Austin Texas currently.
