Can you go to Cuba if you are a dual citizen - U.S. and another country?

Travel Info
Just curious, can you travel to Cuba without penalty if you are a dual citizen of the U.S. and say Canada (or any other country that the U.S. allows dual citizenship with)?

Travel Tips
you don't have to show both as long as your Canada passport is up to date. But if you are leaving for the US I don't think you could cheek with immigration.

Others
show the passport which is more easy to enter there
