about your cell i don't really know think you has to prepaid or something like that regarding DVD players , I did visit family and friend in August this year ,my litter girls was caring one and it was not problem.

You are not supposed to take Video or DVD into the country but if it's small, you might get by. People take computers with DVD player. Don't understand it. It's not like they have DVD down there.
