Does a pakistani citizen need visa to visit Cuba?

yes every one who visit cuba need visas and u have to buy the vaccation packages (visa come with this package) through your travel agency , they will not stamp your passport though, it is the best and cheapest vaccation i ever had, take lots of small gifts from dollar store
