Travel Info Anyone on line right now - been to or living in Darwin NT Australia? Travel Tips Yeah, I was there in 1968. In 1974 Cyclone Tracey destroyed it and it's now been rebuilt. Hell of a place. Hot, muggy, millions of flies, poisonous snakes, spiders, crocodiles, poisonous octopi... Most NT people look older than they are because of the sun and it's so hot that you drink too much cold beer and don't take any exercise. |
