Travel Info A Pakistani national want to visit India from his home country, wonder how much money he should take with him. No shoping plans. Just accommodation n traveling for a month. Any rough idea? Travel Tips well, this is easy and difficult to answer because you have not specified where in india or what you mean by reasonable accommodation! if you want to stay in delhi for example, then a decent low end hotel near the airport would be like 1500 rupees at least for one night. but suppose you are renting a place in a little town near the sea. you could get it for 1000 rupees for a week even! so really, unless you specify, it is difficult to say what your expenses would be. again, how would you want to travel? train, flights, or rent a car? that would change your budget. but you will find lots of good websites on tourism. check that out to see what place you want to go to, that will give you a better idea. 1 dollar = 42 rupees approximately Others Yea someone needs to answer this I would like to visit India as well. Make sure to denote currency. Also it might help to say what area you going to be in because I would guess that not all of India is "tourist oriented" which would drive the price up. Also north south regional differences are pretty big for india if i remember right so some area designation might help someone get a better idea for ya. I have know idea. But why does ur avatar have green hair? one caution while travelling to india. always be careful of what the taxi people charge you .. when they see that u dont know the language and is a tourist . they tend to take the max cash possible from you .. be careful .. this is not only for taxis but for EVERYTHING .. be careful. |
