Travel Tips If you mean applying for a permanent residency, it depends on your relation to the person. The relatives are divided into A, B, C & D categories and each is different priority. You can get the info on http://uscis.gov/graphics/index.htm,... but the times they list there are not real. For a person outside the US the wait is usualy about 5-8 years. Good luck!
