What is it -- you'd rather not know. basically the 'odd' bits from inside a sheep mixed up with oatmeal and boiled inside a sheeps stomach lining. It looks like a whiteish lumpy ball whole, but when served ina restaurant it looks like minced meat. which is what it is.
