Travel Info I am looking for a cheap B&B, guesthouse, or hotel in Edinburgh for a break over New Years Eve. Any suggestions Travel Tips Dear Una I would suggest to you forget the centre of Edinburgh as it's a fortune over Christmas and New Year. I live in Edinburgh and I would suggest you book somewhere in Portobello or Joppa. They are 10 mins in the Lothian buses 拢2.30 for a whole day ticket, fantastic value. There is a night bus service for you as well, just do a web search for b&b in the town above. You'll pay around 30 to 50 pound per person with breakfast.
