This is an easy one. It's called lahm beajeen. It's very common in Syria, Lebanon, and Turkey. Mix mince beef with chilli pepper, onion cubes, and corriander. Season with salt, pepper, arabic spices, and paprika. Put in bread dough and close. Bake for 20 minutes.
Something that I thought was really tasty while in Turkey was a pot of boiled peppers that were stuffed with rice, kiddney beans, and some spices. There was some other things in there as well that I can't remember right now, but just be creative and it can turn out good.
