In Dakar it's pretty pricey, course not for here..lol you can buy a nice house with a few acres beachfront in Mbao, which is about 15 mins outside of Dakar for around $80.000 USD , but you better get accustomed to the living there. You may want to find yourself a local family to live with you, do the shopping for you and you better like rice and fish, or fish and rice. Well u can vary a bit, they change, you know, couscous and fish, chicken and couscous...lol Anyway, that should help you. Ask more if you want more info!
