How can i travel as a passenger on commercial ship to brazil from uk?

i would like to sail to brazil. up the amazon. over to chile maybe then sail to newzeland. no time scale at this time but within the next 4 years. i will be alone i want to sail as i dislike long flights. i cannot walk more than half mile and deteriating due to arthritis.
