Do people wear rubber boots alot in Brazil? |
Travel Info I saw an article in National Geographic and it showed almost everybody wearing rubber boots in Columbia. Since Brazil is really close and shares much of the same climate, why do people wear rubber boots everywhere there? It looks really hot, so how can you stand wearing those in a hot, steamy environment? |
