Since you want to take the bus, you are going to go to TIETE bus stop (TERMINAL RODOVIARIO TIETE). TIETE bus stop is in Sao Paulo which is very close to Guarulhos. When you get there, find the company that sells the tickets to Ubatuba, and weit for the bus. Careful at the TIETE bus stop and in Ubatuba too. Use common sense.
