Eurostar connects London with Paris, Lille, and Brussels but there is no direct connection with Amsterdam. Eurostar is the only passenger train service that runs through the Channel Tunnel (or Chunnel) so if you want to train it into London Waterloo it is your only option.

Trains from Amsterdam run to Brussels so your best connection to the Eurostar is at BRUXELLES MIDI.

I think it is likely to take in the region of 6hours and cost around 150-200 pounds (GBP) depending on seat, time of travel etc.
