Travel Info What do you think about Lithuania? Travel Tips I know one Lituanian guy and he's cool and open minded ... If the rest of Lithuanians are like that i guess is a nice country! Yazvehata! Others I dont think, I only know what books tell me. It's poor, in europe, small, has petrolium contamination. http://www.cia.gov/cia/publications/fact... I found Vilnius to be a very nice city. I haven't been there in a few years, but it is quite a lovely historic place. The people were quite nice and the history is interesting. I think that Lithuania is one of the success stories of the post Soviet age, gaining success in NATO succession and its recent succession into the EU, ahead of countries that didn't have the handicaps of many other former Soviet states. i think it is a beautiful counrty!it has so many different sights and you can walk almost anywhere there!! the only thing is that they don't have any laundry mats!! i have a very good words about Lithuania,cause I live there :D ancient Lithuania was very big,but divers wars frustrated that country.......... |
