Any body ever been to France, how is it? |
Travel Info Im going their for the summer and i just want to now how is it over their and what i need to now before i leave Travel Tips i've always loved france. never had a problem but have run into people who have. practice a few sayings such as bonjour (hello), como tall-ay voo (spelled phonetically, how are you), merci (thank you), par-lay sing-laysh (do you speak english). this way you will show people that you are trying to make an effort- this seems to go a long way with most countries (including america). i highly recommend mont st. michelle, the loire valley/ chatauex area as well as paris. just, please, if you go to the louvre, don't run through the place just to see the mona lisa. i hate people who do that. have fun- oh and eat as many nutella crepes as you can! Others Loved it! Contrary to popular belief, I found the Parisians to be really nice people. I just took what I always take when I travel. France is hot in the summer like many places. Have a great time! Definitely,a bunch of sweaters,and LOTS of money,cause let me tell you,it's not cheap!!! i love it it was the best Je adore la France! It is the most amazing place I have ever visited. The food is amazing, you have to been open to all the culinary experiences that France has to offer. It is the best food I have ever tried in my life! Also Parisians are very proud of their city and their culture, so it will help to know at least the basic words in French just to show your appreciation and they will understand that you are not fluent in the language. The center of France is very beautiful too and the people are very nice, it is a region filled with castles and amazing nature scenes. You have to take this experience and make the best of it!
