What Are the General Living Conditions for the average citizen living in France? |
Travel Info Please list your sources Travel Tips I am french, and will try to answer this question. You have to know that i am very familiar with the american way of life. as the other person wrote, the way of living in France is not too bad, we have a good social security, and if on top you have a private insurance, you are mainly 100pct covered for glasses, teeths, etc... which is quite good. In terms of job, if you want to work, then you ll find job, but you have of course to speak french, excpet if you work for an international company (like i do) so the official language will be english. Food is quite good and healthy compare to the US. Restaurants are not that expensive, as well as for wine. French like when foreigners are trying to understand and try to live the way french live, which does not defer a lot to the way americans live. Others Hi I guess that as in many countries, conditions of living are getting worse every year (more expensive cost of life, of real estate...) Nonetheless there is a quite good social security and health system. And work laws are very good for workers. Most average people have a house with modern comfort, one or two cars... There is a cult of good living (food, wine, art...) France economy : http://www.travel-france-vacation.com/fr... French society : http://www.travel-france-vacation.com/fr... |
