No, it can't be there are laws to control this as anywhere. As it happens I live in Switzerland not far from a refinery, It is a Tamoil refinery, but you have trucks with BP, Shell, Coop , and other supermarket and name brands using it, it is a place that sells fuel to any wholesaler it is as simple as that, If the supermarket is cheaper it is because they cut the profit to a minimum to get the costumers to have confidence in them so they come back and buy other things as well. |
