Apart from Guinness, what are Ireland's must-try tipples?

Travel Tips
Whiskey, bushmills is my favourite (Paddys and Jameson are othres).
Kilkenny (like a lighter Guinness really)
Baileys
bulmers (cider which does nothing for me) Source(s): Irish

Other Travel Tips
My favorites are Baileys & Mead - two very different, but very good drinks.
If you can find a beer called Caffery's try it! Very smooth and delicious. Ireland is such a great place. The people make the trip.
Visited many times.
There is an alternative to Guinness called Murphys, more prevelant around cork where it's brewed and it's sweeter. Then you have Bulmers cider which is my own favourite. But there are lots of spirits, whiskey's mostly, and liquers like Bailies or Irish Mist. Carolins is also available but very like Bailies. Try bailies and brandy or an Irish Flag if you're adventurous!
