Travel Info What is the most interesting thing to go see in the Republic of Ireland? Going there on vacation.? Travel Tips One of the favorite stops for us was at the Muckross Abbey. It wasn't a planned stop, we just sort of saw a sign for it on our way south and stopped. We stayed there for hours. I loved the Cliffs of Mohr, there is probably nothing I have seen that I could claim was as beautiful as this, and I've been to multiple Hawaiian islands. The Dunmore Caves, the tour we took of the Waterford Crystal factory, and Bunratty Castle and Folk Park were all fun stops too. Other Travel Tips Dingle penninsula, Killarney nice but very touristy, Galway city and the sorrounding area of Connemara My favorites were the Dingle Peninsula, Cliffs of Mohr, and the Burren. However, as they tell you in the guide books, the best thing to do is to just get in a car and drive....and GET LOST! That is really when you'll find your best memories. We did! |
