Hirecar for getting to and from the airport? |
Travel Info Anyone know any cheap hirecar companies where we can hire a car from Sheffield, drop it off at Heathrow, and a month later pick another one up to get us back home? With two people, it's going to cost 拢70 for a return coach, and the trains are a rip off. Alternatively there is my car, which is a shed, anywhere I can dump it nearby to Heathrow for free? I would guess 拢50 for each journey, then there is the fuel to pay for, another 拢20. You could try Megabus.com They have trips to and from Sheffield, book 2 weeks in advance and it will cost you no more than 拢5 per person each way.
