What is security like at gatwick now!!!! should i allow extra time?? |
Travel Info Im flying on friday to tenerife Travel Tips Security is still tight in every UK Airport. Aim to be at the airport at LEAST 3 hours BEFORE your slight. Others As a travel agent, I would recommend 3 hours for checking in, but the airports are requesting NO LONGER - check-ins are not opening any earlier and some people are arriving up to 5 hours in advance and just clogging up the airport. Due to extra security checks you probably won't have so much time to kill after check-in, but there is no need to turn up hours too early. I would allow extra time just in case cause you never now, but I am sure it will be fine. |
