Going to bali next month, who has been and what did they think?? |
Travel Info Also places to go and see and any recommended restaurants Travel Tips Bali is a beautiful place to visit. I go 2-3 times each year (its only 3 hours from Perth, Australia). I was there only 6 weeks ago. There are many great places to eat but some classics are "gosha" and "poco loco". If you go to gosha order a "bloody good drink", its worth it. There are plenty of great tours and things to do, bike ride down the mountain away from the tourists is a great day out. As is the white water rafting. Oh, and dont forget to head up to double 6 club to do the bungy. A good pub for a few coldies during the mid afternoon is "bagus pub" in poppies lane. head over to paddies bar 2 around 10:30 and the crowd starts rolling in. bali is worth the visit even after all the trouble. Anyone that tells you it isn't is too closed minded.
