What is the full name of the Scottish town - "xxx Ferry (no Ferry)"?

Travel Info
The town is called "something" Ferry, but the official signs include the suffix (no Ferry). Also, any information on the origin of this suffix?

Travel Tips
Could it be Meikle Ferry?

I found this image including the "no ferry" reference you mentioned:

Others
It could be Broughty Ferry, which is near Dundee. There's also North Queensferry and South Queensferry which are either side of the Forth bridge outside Edinburgh. Towns with suffix Ferry would at one point have a ferry route, either a crossing or just a local boat, many routes no longer exist.
