I'm looing to move to London. Where is the hotspot for young people to live that's affordable.?

Travel Tips
London isnt too expensive! Im living here at the mo and the salaries are fine! I live in Clapham (South London) which is full of 20 & 30 somethings. Its great, theres loads of bars, restaurants, a few night clubs and the common is amazing in the summer (just full of young people chilling in the sun). Theres music festivals etc in the Summer too. If its a bit expensive can always move nearby to Stockwell, Battersea, Balham, or Brixton (ignore people, brixton is absolutely fine). Personally I wouldnt live anywhere else at the moment.
Other areas full of young people are Fulham, Angel, parts of Wimbledon.....If you wanna move in with others (best advice for a first timer as you soon learn about the area) is try www.moveflat.com a great website for house sharing (have used it and can reccomend it).

I'd say downtown I'm not from there sooo just guessing
Nowhere.London is a very expensive city to live in.It's more expensive than New York city.
London is damned expensive. Living on the outskirts is probably best, although I would stay away from South London or too far West.
Back at home! The French don't like america!
i used to live in London and there are always lots of Aussie etc that house share, can be kinda fun sharing with open minder people who like to party, you can look in loot( a paper for everything) and there are lots of free papers like the southern cross etc at most tube stations in London,or try the youth hostels in earls court that's were most stay before getting a house to share, you can pay about 400 pound a week or more for your own place.
London!

Way too expensive! best places are West End, Soho, the list is endless just go for Zone 1/2 as that's central but zone 1 will be very expensive to live round about 1000 pounds to as mush as you can pay per month :-)
